Flagler Exceptional Student Education
Dr. Kim Halliday, Director of Exceptional Student Education at Flagler Schools, presented two proclamations at the September 18, 2024, School Board Meeting.
The two proclamations were for Disability History and Awareness Weeks and Disability Employment Awareness Month.
