- Begin October 15th
- Vision: Grades K, 1,3,6, and new students (K-6)
- Hearing: Grades K, 1, 6, and new students (K-6)
- Scoliosis: 6th grade ONLY
- Height and Weight: Grades 1, 3, 6, and new students (K-6)
